AI Media Studio Pro is sold as a one-time software license priced at $19.99 unless otherwise stated. Purchase grants usage rights subject to these terms.

BYOK Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own third-party provider API keys and related billing obligations.

Account and Access

• You must provide accurate purchase and contact information.
• You are responsible for securing your machine and account credentials.
• License misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in revocation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Media Studio in violation of applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or provider platform policies.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party processors. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and may be denied for abuse or excessive usage.

Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Media Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the product.
